Terms and Conditions Including Privacy Policy
These Terms and Conditions, along with any signed Work Authorisation, Direct Payment Request, and any quotation provided by Angel cleaning NZ Limited, form the entire agreement between the Customer (“you”) and Angel cleaning NZ Limited.. This agreement supersedes any previous proposals, communications, or understandings. 
1.0 Definitions
1.1 Customer, You: The recipient of services, including agents, brokers, or third parties who place the order.
1.2 Actual Cost: Any cost incurred by us that is not covered in the written quotation.
1.3 Work: Services provided by our brands, such as concrete grinding, sealing, coating, cleaning services, water damage restoration, and other related tasks.
1.4 Property: Any location where we perform work, including residential and commercial properties.
1.5 Price: The amount specified on any invoice issued by us.
1.6 Terms of Trade: The contractual obligations outlined here between Angel cleaning NZ Limited- and the Customer.
1.7 Privacy Policy: The policy governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, as set forth in Section 16.
1.8 Emergency Call-Out: Urgent situations requiring immediate service, such as water ingress, flood damage, or other emergencies.
1.0 Consumer Act: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
1.10 Health and Safety: The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
 
2.0 Estimates
2.1 Any price provided prior to a written quotation is an estimate and is not legally binding. We will notify you if costs are likely to exceed the initial estimate.
 
3.0 Quotations
3.1 Quotations are valid for 48 hrs from the date of issuance and must be accepted in writing. For quotes over $1,000 (including GST), a 50% deposit may be required.
3.2 Payment in advance may be requested for services quoted under $1,000.
3.3 Any additional work beyond the original quotation will be invoiced on an actual cost basis and requires written approval from the Customer.
 
4.0 Payment Terms
4.1 Payment may be required in advance or as a deposit before work commences.
4.2 Business Customers must pay within 20 working days of the invoice date.
4.3 For non-business Customers, payment is due by the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 Overdue payments will be charged a 30% interest on a due amount. Services may be suspended if payments are overdue by 7 days or more.
 
5.0 Cancellation Policy
5.1 A cancellation fee of $300 will apply if notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or if access to the Property is not provided.
 
6.0 Customer Obligations
7.1 It is your responsibility to ensure the work area is clear, and all items are removed from the floor areas where work will be performed.
7.2 Power, water, and parking must be made available at the worksite.
7.3 The Property should be unoccupied during the work, and pets must be removed.
 
8.0 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Our liability for any claims shall not exceed $500. We recommend that you maintain insurance for valuable items.
8.2 We will not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
 
9.0 Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes must be reported in writing before or within one business day following the completion of the work.
 
10.0 Accidents, Breakages, and Theft
10.1 You must report any accidents, damage, or alleged theft in writing within one business day. Failure to notify us promptly may void any claims.
 
11.0 Health and Safety
11.1 You must remove all health and safety hazards before work begins.
11.2 We reserve the right to cancel services if health and safety risks are not adequately addressed.
 
12.0 Photos and Videos
12.1 Photos and videos may be taken during the job for quality assurance, case studies, and marketing purposes. By accepting our services, you consent to the use of these materials for these purposes.
 
 
13.0 Privacy Policy
13.1 Collection of Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, payment information, and any other details necessary for service delivery.
13.2 Use of Personal Information: The information we collect may be used for providing services, processing payments, marketing (with consent), and compliance with legal requirements.
13.3 Disclosure of Personal Information: Personal information may be disclosed to contractors, service providers, financial institutions, legal advisors, regulatory authorities, or any third parties with your consent.
13.4 Storage and Security: We implement measures to protect personal information, including physical and electronic security protocols.
13.5 Access and Correction: You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.
13.6 Use of Cookies: Our websites may use cookies to enhance the user experience. Disabling cookies may limit website functionality.
13.7 Third-Party Links: Our websites may contain links to external sites, for which we are not responsible.
13.8 Changes to the Privacy Policy: We may update the policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our websites.
 
14.0 Force Majeure
14.1 We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events.

15.1 We may communicate with you electronically, and electronic signatures will be considered valid.
 
16.0 General
16.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
16.2 These Terms and Conditions may be amended only in writing with mutual consent.
16.3 In the event of a conflict between these terms and other documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
